Inventory report shows multiple of each system
Attempting to cleanup company's inventory in logmein, and whenever I export the inventory report it shows anywhere from 5-10 of the same machine. I would like a report that only shows me exactly w...
Found the solution, posting in case anyone else runs in to this. Instead of using the Inventory tab to export the report, I used the report viewer tool in the Hardware Inventory Category and Viewed the Service tag report. This displayed the report correctly without duplicates.
