Log Me In Pro will not connect

The service will not connect to any of my computers, trying different methods even phone.  Web site indicates all is up and running....is the service down?

    Hi Drover ,

    I haven't seen any disruptions during this time period.  Were you able to troubleshoot the Host PCs at all when the connections were down?
