LogMein Pro Crashes using OSX Mojave
I fully installed OSX Mojave on my 2018 iMac. I have three screens setup. I use two of the Screens for LogMein. If I click anything on the third screen, I get kicked out of LogMein. I uninstalled and reinstalled LogMein and the same thing happens. When will you push out a patch for this issue as the Beta is now over.
- Hi guys, - I am experiencing the exact same issue. I found a good workaround that really works !!!! - Just uncheck the "Grey Scale when inactive" box option in "Options -> Color Quality -Advanced". - It will then never crash anymore

- AshC8 years agoRetired GoTo ContributorHey folks, This compatibility problem is out top priority. I am expecting another update in the coming days. Appologies for the delay on this release.
- JGinnJr8 years agoActive ContributorI agree that the Web portal is not as efficient as the App used to be. This is causing efficiency issues for sure.
- arm123458 years agoNew ContributorThat web browser version is AWFUL...
- arm123458 years agoNew ContributorThis has happened since the FIRST Mojave beta. It's been incrediby annoying and considering the sums we pay for these package solutions, it is not good at all. The Betas have been available since June and I get that things can change between betas, but it's still been an absolute pain for 3mths now.
- gobser8 years agoNew ContributorNot possible for me, the refresh rate is too bad to use it like that.

- JGinnJr8 years agoActive ContributorSpoke with a tech via email last night and shared to just use the web browser instead of the APP until they come up with an update to fix the issue. Did not have a chance to try this last night. Someone let me know if this works as a temporary fix.
- dwren8 years agoNew MemberThat Did not work for me.
- zoid8 years agoActive ContributorI too have the same issue as soon as I move anything on the screen other than LogMeIn Crashes and does not give an error report.
- JGinnJr8 years agoActive ContributorLet me try this tonight when I arrive at my home office. I will chime in and confirm this quick fix is at least a band-aide for now.
