Reconnect after outage

We have occasional Internet outages.  After service is restored some PC's show up on the site almost immediately, while others take hours.  Is there a setting that controls this? Or a way to prioritize which PC's come back first? Or a way to force a PC back from the site?  Note - Switch On doesn't work, as the PC is on.

    If this repeatedly happens to the same PCs, I might try to work directly with one, and watch the system as it boots up to see what happens with startup items, and network connections, what order they act in...

    Thanks for the reply. The PC's are all newer Dells,  on the same subnet. The last time this happened was a Sunday afternoon, so not too many people working.  We could see some PC's connect immediately and some connect much later.  I can't think of any processes that would be running on the PC's at that time.

    Hi Rob,

    The availability should return as each computer cycles through running application commands.  Have you noticed any similarities in processing power, number of startup items, security or operating systems?
