Submit a file for review
Hi - work for a small company and working towards formalizing some of our processes and have a question around what happens if we suspect a file could be or contain a virus. We utilize Logmein for our virus protection and if we were to encounter a file that we are suspect of is there a formal way for us to submit that file for review or validation that a virus either exists or it doesn't?

SR2 What you can do is 'acknowledge' the malicious software that the AV picks up, but there's isn't a 'report' option that users can manually activate.
Should you come across a false positive however, Bitdefender requests that those reports enter here: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/
