Connection failed error

A computer in the company is giving me an error when I connect remotely, it generates a Host SSL certificate verified error. 
DigiCert Global G2 TLS TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1
Error occurred: error:0A000410:lib(20)::reason(1040)
Authenticating...
Disconnected.

I have already performed the steps of:
logmein.exe cert -createca “LogMeIn CA on %computername%” -createsc “%computername%”

net stop LogMeIn && net start LogMeIn

“C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn\x64\LogMeIn.exe” cert -createca ‘Default CA’ ‘MX’ -createsc 

and none of them worked for me so I don't know if there is any other solution for this kind of problem.

    if you restart the computer and perform the steps that say there exactly but still does not work, I also tried reinstalling the logmein on the computer but the result is still the same I get the following error:

    Thank you. Has the computer been rebooted since you ran those commands? If I remember correctly that was sometimes necessary. Depending on the computers location there was also an extra step with adding the right country code which was mentioned in this post.

    Hi RandyMO, this does not appear to be a GoTo Connect issue, which of our services are you using to connect remotely?
