Installation failed
I'm having the same issue this past week and this morning. Windows 11 fully updated.
Hi TimDW Welcome to the Community,
This issue was confirmed resolved last week. Can you confirm you are using Resolve and the screenshot shared here is the same you are seeing? If you see something different can you share the screenshot? Thanks!
I have been following this thread becuase I had a large install last week that failed. I can confirm that it is working for me today.
Thanks for the helpful additional context, logs and screenshots. The team is currently working on a new version of LMI AV for Win11 2025H2, it's in the testing phase, and should be available soon. I'll update the thread as I hear more.
Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Apologies, I'm on the wrong forum! I have Central.
Thanks for confirming you have Central and I'm sorry for the delay. I'm checking with the team if there are any known issues.
In the meantime, can you share a bit more details on what you are doing or any screenshots? Thank you!
Thank you for helping me even though I'm in the wrong place!
I'm clean installing Windows 11 on HP workstations and laptops, and then installing Office, Chrome, Logmein, and Logmein AV. It was working fine until about a week ago, but now it is giving me the failure message in the attached screenshot.
Something similar happened with W10 a few years ago, but eventually self-corrected. With the W10 situation, it turned out to be Windows Defender blocking the installation, but I was able to terminate its processes just before starting the Logmein AV installation to get it to go through. I suspect the same thing may be going on here, but I have yet to be able to terminate the Windows Defender processes in W11 to give it a test.
