Ox1 thanks for your reply. We haven't been able to replicate this on our side, but suggest trying the following:
Clear the cache by going to: Settings > Apps > All Apps and scrolls down and select Logmein > Storage and Cache > Clear Cache.
Then, after launching the app again and connecting to a computer, enter the username and password, and click on the checkbox to remember the username.

I tried that, I also tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but still have the same issue.
