Login without having to type a password no longer works on mobile

For a little while now, I have not been able to login without having to type a password for windows on my mobile device even though the password is saved in the app.   I have been using this functi...

I've been having this issue for over a year and still doesn't work. On a mobile device, when i connect to a PC, i have to type the windows password in manually and it doesn't auto log me in with a prompt like it does on PC. Is this the issue you are having?

 

I have given up asking to be honest.

Ox1 It works for me on my Pixel 5 and old Motorola G7 when I test. I can connect to both my Windows 11 PC and my MacBook Pro without being asked to sign in. On your Android device please do the following:

  • Open the LogMeIn App
  • Tap the Settings gear icon in the lower right corner
  • Scroll to the bottom until you see the Version information and then tap on it until a message that says Log enabled
  • Use the App as usual for a while to hold some sessions and then open Files in the App and you will see a new folder called Logs

You can send me the log files by clicking on my community profile here and then on the Message button to send a private message.
