Cannot log into Windows 10 Computer Desktops
We can use, File Transfer, CMD prompt, Computer Mgmt but we cannot remote into there desktops - Very fustrating with over 500 computers.... We need some money back....OR A VERY QUICK FIX

No they are not on the same LAN.
I tried multiple troubleshooting with the end users. We tried enabling RDC, turning off windows defender.
Once we were able to get in after 3 reboots of the machine but then the next time we had to login, it would not let us again. Weird. We can use the file transfer, CMD prompt, computer management everything but the Remote control.
I created a support ticket but no one has answered me back yet.
RPC was not running - started that through the Computer mgmt portion of logmein and set to Automatic
then in the CMD prompt
netsh winsock reset
restarted the computer and then I was able to get in
- I wonder if a windows 10 update is setting the RPC to off? or the fact of that debacle of the Verizon switching their traffic had anything to do with the winsock?
