Hi trflmiuser
Have you tried using these Azure credential formats?
Central generally should accept any of the following formats when a Technician needs to authenticate as an Administrator to a remote computer:
- domainname\username
- Cloud Only AzureAD Account
- UPN
- AzureAD\UPN
- AzureAD\USERNAME
- AzureAD\FirstNameLastName
Hybrid Account (On-Prem AD synced to AzureAD)
- UPN
- AzureAD\UPN
- AzureAD\USERNAME
- AzureAD\FirstNameLastName
- DOMAIN\Username
- MACHINENAME\Username (where UPN is usually to be an email address)
- domain\user
- machinename\user
- user@domain
