Cannot connect to managed device

Remote control does not connect. Zero trust verification failed. 

 

File manager fails to connect.

    There is a global Azure network infrastructure outage that impacts GoTo Resolve services.

    Our team is working to mitigate the issue as soon as possible.

    As of now, I can connect to managed devices again. Thanks for the information.

    Strangely, I can reboot and reconnect to a machine that I have been working on for the last two hours.

    Thanks for chiming in. I can still connect to machines in my local network.

  • are getting a similar issue.  We can see the list of devices, but when we try and connect we either get a spinning circle of death or a Zero Trust failure.
