Device Groups and Sort options

In GoToAssist version 5, there were device groups that we could use to organize the devices. Can that be added to GoToResolve?

Also, it would be nice to have the option to change the default sort order in GoToResolve – and have it stay in that order.

    Hi newUser2, welcome to the community.

     

    We plan to add device grouping a little later this year.
