Device nicknames not sticking in GoToResolve Desktop Console

When we rename a device in our devices list in GoToResolve Desktop Console, the nickname doesn't seem to "stick" lately and reverts back to the host name after a little while.  Anyone else seeing this?

    Update: this issue is now resolved.

    Boyd B. JodiAliceRecep thanks for reporting this issue. I can confirm the same behavior.

     

    Our team is currently aware of the issue and working on a fix. We will update the Community when we learn more.
