Folder Waapi-xxxxxx

Good morning, is it possible to link the creation of these folders Waapi-random number (hundreds and very large) inside the %temp% path in Windows to GoTo Resolve?"   Thank you Cris

    Hi Glenn,

    I’ve collected the support file, but I noticed that the issue on my PC has disappeared for about 2–3 days without me doing anything… maybe the latest portal update might have had an effect. For now, I don’t have any other PCs with the same issue. Thanks for your support.

Hi Cristiano_R, thank you for you patience. I have confirmed that these folders are created for caching data temporarily, but obviously something is going wrong as they are not being deleted after use. 

 

The team would like the Resolve log files from a few of your Unattended computers that are experiencing this issue: Gathering LogMeIn Resolve application logs Once you have them please email them to gotoservice at logmein dot com and I will attach them to the ticket.
