You can find the feedback option in the web- or desktop console. On the right top side of the header, there is a "?" and the Feedback button is at the bottom. Please send the issue and we will get your details so we can check the logs.

Sorry for slow reply - I believe I got email correspondence from a support tech and sent logs to them, but issue ended up self-resolving IIRC. That PC successfully took the installer after some time and have not had issue reoccur since. Still interested to see how a mass deployment via SCCM works which will be happening before long on our end. Thanks for reply!
