LogMeIn Resolve Welcome page Helpdesk

After Adding User on GoTo Admin portal the Welcome page user gets does not take him to the Helpdesk page: https://helpdesk.me/tickets but it is taking to https://myaccount.goto.com/products which is a wrong landing page for new Staff added to the ticketing system.  This is needs to be fixed as we are adding 100+ users using CSV file.

    Hi Manoj_Behal​, welcome to the community.

     

    I apologize for the frustration caused by this default behavior. What I would recommend doing for now is:

    1. When adding new users un-check the 'Send welcome email' (as shown in the image below)
    2. Send your own email to the new users after you add them, explaining that they can go to helpdesk.me/tickets in order to login and submit tickets.

    If you are using SSO: Direct users to sign in with SSO credentials
    If you are not using SSO and wanting to use standard auth: Direct users to go to helpdesk.me/tickets, click forgot password and go through that flow to establish a password.
