manage users on a device

Hi All,   I'm struggling with something really basic, which is to reset a users password on a computer which isn't on the domain.   Ideas welcome!   TIA

Hi MichaelR138 can you let us know if you are looking for the user's Windows password or  GoToResolve password? Then we can find out more information for you.

    Hello,

    This is users on the device itself. I was kind of expecting a way of managing this via the web portal however it would appear I have to drop to a terminal window and manage users via the cmd prompts window?
