New Ticket Templates?
Hello, Curious if it is possible to upload or create a New Ticket template for new ticket being generated. Ultimately, to help simplify the process of handling and processing new tickets.

Not at this time. Could you share some more details about what you are wanting and how you see it simplifying the process?
Well, I have the same concern and request for this feature. I would like to have a button or someway to auto populate my signature in the Comment section; which is the only way to interact with the client. This signature could include a standard message while responding to the client on their ticket.
