An Error Occurred

When we attempt to create a ticket from either an alert or a Windows Update we get the really helpful error "an error occurred while sending your request"  Has anyone seen this before or could anyone...

    Hi braniffp_rlc welcome to the GoTo Community, 

     

    Does the HD service/queue you are trying to put the ticket into have a required field? That will cause an error like the one below.

That was it exactly, we had set it so the user had to give us their LOCATION.
