We have started getting multiple emails per ticket created, six to be exact. Users are getting the same amount when they submit a new ticket. Can't narrow down to start date, but it appears to have...

I apologize for the frustration. We have received a few reports of this from other customers as well and a ticket has been opened with dev team. I am following the ticket and will post an update once I know more.
