Remote Execution cannot select multiple devices by searching / Templates missing when creating job.

Hello - We're noticing that recent UI changes have disabled the ability to select multiple devices when creating a Remote Execution job. For example when I create a new job I can select multiple devices only by scrolling through the list of devices.

As soon as I search for a device and select it, the previous devices become de-selected.

An additional UI issue is when creating a new job our Templates section is empty however we have several templates when viewed through Manage Templates.

Has this been reported and is there a resolution?

Thanks - Bill

  • Hi there,

Thanks for highlighting these issues, you’re absolutely right!

    1. Device Selection: We understand how important this is. We're working on bringing back the ability to search and collect devices while retaining previously selected ones. This will be first rolled out to Remote Execution and then to other parts of the product.

    2. Missing Templates when new job is created: Valid feedback! We’ve released a fix, and the templates should be accessible when creating a new job later this week, considering the update needs to propagate across all supported regions.

Thanks again for your valuable feedback!

    Best,

    Viktor
