Unable to use unattended support
Suddenly unable to use unattended remote support on any devices, the remote control button is greyed out.
This is not for setup, we already had the setup in place this is for supporting users.

Hi regans, welcome to the community.
I reviewed your account and it shows you have a GoTo Resolve Standard subscription which allows for up to 100 Unattended computers. From reviewing your account information you appear to have 100 devices set up already, which would prevent you from adding any new Unattended computers.
