Windows Event Log Alert Not Working
Hi. I had tried different ways to make this Windows Event Log to work but had been unsuccessful. I have added the Windows Event Log Alert to the Server Policy,
Log Category: Application
Event DEtail: Information
Event Source: Active Disk Image
Event ID: 1
Keyword in log message: Processing
And still does not see the event log. I had work with other RMM tools in the past and they do the alert. Are I am missing something?

- GlennD5 months agoGoTo ManagerHi Presidente2k, since I could not find any other reports of this I opened a support ticket for you. I believe they emailed you today to let you know they are researching this. 
- Presidente2k5 months agoActive ContributorHi, any update on this manner? Looks like is with every Event Log, not only the one I noted. I had tried with different entries an nothing. PLease advice
