error running GoTo Assist

    No, but we found the problem. Somehow, one of the folders had lost it's permission settings. Once reset, all worked.

Hi kevinbarrett, welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed report. Are there any 3rd party security applications installed?

No, but we found the problem. Somehow, one of the folders had lost it's permission settings. Once reset, all worked.
