Hi there AshC

 

A software vendor needs to remote into the machine and they use

 

fastsupport.com

 

Unfortanetly it seems I can not get it connected due to the following error message.

    RPRATHMICRO  The error there can mean that your operating system is corrupted in some way.  Have you tried logging in under a different User to rule out any local settings?   If you are locally connected to the network, can you try safemode to install GoToAssist?

      After speaking with someone who had a similar issue, I looked at the logs and confirmed

       

      VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority was a missing cert.

       

       

      For anyone who may need this cert in the future you can get it here

       

       

      symantec.tbs-certificats.com/vsign-universal-root.cer

       

      put https in front of the link I am posting so others can see
