Gotoassist - install Just hangs with client

Trying to install client - so we can do unattended support - I have tried to send installer (MSI) 24mb  really ? Sent email with code,  windows allowed download of file and said it was connected and...

I'm having the same problem Windows10 Pro. Start the client but nothing happens, eventually goes into timeout.

Hi mihai2025, so are you trying to join a support session so someone can work on your computer, or are you trying to connect to someone else's computer?
