Hi
This can happen if you are trying to connect to an Unattended computer that is set to a different version. Another possibility is that the admin on your account has set you to use version 4.6, I would ask your admin to check the account settings.

This has also happened to my account. My current setting is "Regular and Beta Updates" across the entire account.

Changing my account settings to 'Just regular updates' did the trick. Thanks for the tip.
- Boyd B.6 years agoContributorChanging to regular updates setting resulted in my Expert updating to 4.7. This seems to go against the stated meaning of the various settings, however.
