Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Hi,   I have issue when installing GoToAssist     The C++ runtimes Library are installed  Do i have to reinstall its ? Thx.   Ben

    benthien  I would first suggest running all available updates from Microsoft and checking the PC's manufacturer website for additional driver updates.  Once complete, let us know what happens after a reboot and re-install attempt.

Yeah you're right, i update the system and after reboot... it works.
