Close an accont
Hello I would like to close my accont and at the same time my subscription. How to do ? Thanks for your help

Please follow the steps below to cancel your GoToAssist Service Desk account:
Free Trial Subscribers:- Go to www.gotoassist.com and click log-in
- At the top right click My Account
- Under Plan Details click Change plan
- Under What do you want to do? Click Cancel after my plan ends
- Click Continue
- Click Cancel after Trial
Monthly and Annual Subscribers:- Go to www.gotoassist.com and click log-in
- At the top right click My Account
- Under Plan Details click on Turn off Renewal
- Click Turn off Renewal again to confirm cancellation
