Default priority selection customer portal
How do you change the default selection on priority when customers create tickets in the portal? It defaults to "not urgent" and does not list the priorities that i have create on the admin side.

- Jon219 years agoNew MemberThank you for letting me know. I figured that was the case. Just wanted confirmation. I would suggest doing this as clients often just fly through creating the tickets and we have to manually change each time.

Unfortunately, this is not an option currently so I have set it as an Idea for consideration.
