Feedback issue
Is anyone else having problems with feedback? We have noticed we have not received many feedback reports this month and there has only been about 20 requests for feedback sent when we usually send about 600. We have not changed our settings and I cannot see any issues with the settings.

For information purposes our feedback was last received regularly on 8-26-15. After that day we received nothing for a solid week until 9-2-15 at which point we received 1 feedback only, then nothing until 9-22-15 when we began receiving feedback all day long so far as customers responded. I personally received 15 feedback requests for tickets where I was listed as the customer at 11:00am PST today so I imagine our users are seeing similar results. - GlennD11 years agoGoTo ManagerHi,

It appears there was some sort of bottleneck on the feedback system that was recently cleared perhaps?
