Free Trial - I created an account, but it will not allow me to log in

I created the login of "john.sloan@morpho.com", but it will not allow me to log in.   I get a message "Please try again. The email address or password you provided is not correct. "

If I select change password, I get message stating that I will be emailed instructions. The email never arrives.

If I attempt to recreate the account from the "Free Trial" page, I do get an email with the email verification code.  Once I type the code in the web page the following error is displayed - "An error occurred with your submission."

    Hi John,

    Please try again now and you should be able to sign up for a free trial. There have been a number of free trials of our products by colleagues in your company, so after a certain level is reached we begin restricting availability.

  • Also this earlier this morning I tried (Using IE) from a direct connection (off my corporate network) and had same error.
  • I tried chrome (was IE previously) and have same issue.

    I enter first, last, email and a passcode.  I retrieve email and enter verification code.

    Error message appears on gototrial screen stating "An error occurred with your submission."

    Hi John,
    Sorry, I was unable to locate your GoTo trial. 
    Could you try setting up your account again with a different web browser?
