How do I remove the messages tab from the Customer portal?
Hi, We had a request from our external client to remove the messages tab from the Customer portal. Is this possible and if so, how do we remove this?

The messages tab is for the benefit of your clients/customers who regularly use your portal for support. The feature was meant to update these clients on things like new releases, or active issues and things. Because it's a primary tool used by most GoToAssist experts, there are no plans to remove it or make it optionable at this time. I apologize if this inconveniences you in some way.

Will Citrix provide the option to remove this option in the near future?
