Incident Triggers add email to watchlist
I want to create a trigger, so if customers from a specific company opens an incident to automatically add an email address to the watchlist.
This is feasible but, you can only add users with active license of the service desk.
Is there a way to add an email that is not active licensed user?

- Mary Forbes10 years agoActive ContributorThat would be nice feature to add external emails automatically to the watchlist as a trigger. You could build a trigger for each client/customer. Looks like now we can only add licensed users/tecnician to the watchlist as a trigger. I have a person that wants to be on the watchlist of every ticket someone on her team submits. Currently mave to manually copy in her email address each time.
