Linking Incidents to Companies Not Customer
We do a lot of generic system maintenance or servers or general projects that aren't related to individual users.
Is it possible to link incidents to the company rather than the employee? I understand why it may not work.

- jason111111 years agoActive ContributorWould it not be easier just to set up a generic service and assign the incidents to that? You don't need to attach customers to services.
- rob11111 years agoActive ContributorWhat about a custom field with the select from list option, the list would contain all the companies. You can report on custom fields so that would give you the option to have reports for items from each company.
