Mass action of closing multiple tickets does not change their status to resolved
I performed a mass action to close multiple tickets. This was successful. It did not change the resolved status though, and now I have closed tickets that are showing as not resolved. How can I both resolve and close in mass actions?

Under Misc, check the Set Status to

I am not seeing the resolved-not resolved as an option in the drop down. See screenshot...only reopen, close or delete

There should be a Resolve - Not Resolved, that you can update to Resolved in the action at the same time you change the Open - Closed to Closed. You can do mutliple actions at once. Just click that Add Another button.
