Service Catalog?

Hello,

Are there any plans to let you create a Service Catalog in the end user portal, like: https://itservices.stanford.edu/ ?

We'd like to use the product for more than just ad-hoc incidents but we don't see any way to do that without messing around with the API and building a bunch of custom internal web-pages, since you can't really customize the portal (that I know of).

Just being able to make incident templates visible in the portal somehow might be a nice stop-gap measure.
  • This is another good one, if Citrix needs examples. Each of these tabs breaks down into an arbitrary number of sub-types, eventually leading to clickable requests that are really just ticket templates.

    It's almost Q4. Service Catalog pretty please!!!!!! The OGC would love to see your iteration.

    Where is our service catalog? I'm even willing to pay for this service as an add on.
