API for Contacts or Organizations

Question

I couldn't understand how to get a list of contacts or organizations using the documentation of the API:

Can someone help me?

I want to get the Contacts and also the Organizations.

If a create a Contact at the GoToConnect app, can I find this contact through the API?I tried the Get Users but I didn't find the contact, just the users.
