Call Sync across the devices
It used to ring my phone whenever I receive a call from Goto. But it's not doing this time. Just like I had RingCentral before if it rings on my PC it also rings on my phone whenever I receive a call...
Correct and it only shows " Active call" on my actual phone. So I won't notice if there's a call whenever I am away from my desk without checking my GoTo App on my Actual Phone.
you might want to log out > clear app cache > uninstall > reinstall again 😄
tried it on my android and iOS devices still having the same issues.
