Click to call not working when you have shared lines
Click to call does not work in an environment where you have shared lines. It calls many times and shows up on phones with a shared line instance. Can we please get this feature fixed? Thanks!!

Hi Jcioe, welcome to the community.
I have looked into the issue you are describing and it is dependent on the user being a Super Admin.
"Note that if a super admin is associated to a device and a request is done on a line associated with this device, all devices associated to this line will ring, not only the one of the super admin. That same user is also allowed to use any of the organization's phone numbers as caller ID to place outbound calls."
