Default tick box

Hi,

Every time  I go to my pass word page the "remember me" box is always ticked which is

very frustrating, even when I've unticked it - I've never had this with any other security log in. 

If I forget to untick the box I have to clear all my caches/history etc to start again which is very annoying.

Is this a default fault?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Can it be fixed?
