Enable Visual Call Parking in the Goto Desktop/Web App
I would like to enable the Visual Call Parking feature for my users to be able to park and retrieve parked calls from the desktop and web app. When I go to Settings >> Voice >> Calls >> Parked Calls...

This setting is in the Admin portal under Users, Phones, Advanced. You can find information about it here.
Based on your needs, you may be interested in the Attendant Console. You can learn more about it in this video.

Thank you, I didn't realize it was a setting specific to each user. All good now.
