Forward calls from Call Queue to Ring Group when agents logged out

AnthonyInCO This is a stretch but possibly on the receptionist ext go ( on the app.goto.com) into the "find me follow me" options and after a missed ring you can direct the call to another extension ie the ring group extension.
Click profile > Settings > Voice> Find me follow me
the receptionist could change this prior to stepping away in the goto app, it has options like transferer (not sure what that one does) or direct to an interal or external number. On the internal option it did let me add in the ring group:

Contact Center provides two settings to Forward calls from call queues when agents are logged out:
'Allow new callers into an empty queue' and 'Remove callers when queue has no agents.'
