Go To ringing on my desktop
Incoming office calls started ringing on my desktop, but I haven't changed any settings. I get a popup of the incoming call, who it is and it appears I can answer it from there. How can I stop this...

Welcome to the Community. This is an older issue so may not relate to your current experience.
Have you tried turning the Ringtown down on the softphone?
- In the desktop app, tap on your Avatar on the top right, then go to Settings
- Under Capabilities go to Audio
- Under Audio, you will see the option to adjust the ringtone
One thing I noted is that the changes will take effect on the next call after you change your settings. If you slide the volume up or down when the phone is ringing it doesn't lower the volume.

I have this same issue, It is especially inconvenient when in the middle of a virtual meeting and have to wait until the ringing stops (even if I reject the call, it still rings, the pop up box just disappears). We have hard phone at every computer and ONLY use the Go To app for text capabilities. So my options are to close out of the app and miss texts, or continue to deal with the intrusive nature of the soft phone? This is enough to drive me to another platform.
