Thanks for sharing your feedback, I am sorry to hear this and I will share this with the team. A few things you could try:
- Enabling Do Not Disturb by clicking on your avatar on the top right, this will send the call to voicemail.
- Setting the softphone window to Mini, making the softphone less intrusive.
