Anima - It appears that some users on Xioami wi-fi only tablets will experience app crash issues. This is currently a known issue and unfortunately, I don't have a timeline for a fix.
The best solution would be to use a different device at this time. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your patience and report.

Hi, I tried deleting the app's cache and local data and uninstalling and then installing the app from the Google Play store (it should install the latest version).
What should I do to open a support case?

My company just purchased 10 XIAOMI devices we have this problem. It seems that they will not try to solve it. Just as they previously made my GrandsStream phones obsolete because they are Android 7.
