Mass export of Call Recordings

For legal reasons we need to have our recordings saved so we can go back to them and listen to calls as needed. Now it looks like they are deleted after 13 months. I have set it up so recordings movi...

ryanbb Welcome to the GoTo Community. 

 

You can request an export of your calls. I see your case in our system and I've escalated this request. Someone from our support team should be reaching out soon.

    Thanks Kate. If we just need to look up a call from 2 years ago would we be able to request the recording of that call?

      Hi ryanbb we can't go back past that 13-month window for individual calls.
