New customer contact when texting. Have to X it out to view text.
It’s just annoying that every time I click on a text message, the new customer contact pop up shows up and I have to close it before I can reply. It would be great if that feature could be turned on ...

Can you let me know if you are using the desktop or mobile app? Are you texting or using the chat in the shared inbox?
Also do you have any integrations connected?

I’m using the GoTo app on my Windows 11 desktop. If I get a wider monitor, it looks like it would sit off to the right and stay out of the way. I’m also using texting with the inbox, but I’m not really sure if it’s a shared inbox. I’m the only one using the texting feature right now.
