New customer contact when texting. Have to X it out to view text.

It’s just annoying that every time I click on a text message, the new customer contact pop up shows up and I have to close it before I can reply. It would be great if that feature could be turned on ...

I’m using the GoTo app on my Windows 11 desktop. If I get a wider monitor, it looks like it would sit off to the right and stay out of the way. I’m also using texting with the inbox, but I’m not really sure if it’s a shared inbox. I’m the only one using the texting feature right now.

Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like you are being asked to add an external contact when texting. Would it be possible to post a screenshot? I'd like to share what you are seeing with the team.

      We can see this may be annoying, particularly if you are using a small screen. I've shared this with the team, and they are currently reviewing options to improve this experience. Thanks for this report!
